1. Draft a Star - The Redskins are lacking real star power on their roster. The return of Derrius Guice will help this somewhat, but the Redskins need to use some of their picks in the draft to bring more talent at exciting positions. Positions such as receiver, cornerback, pass rusher and safety. Some players to watch for include DK Metcalf, Brian Burns, Deionte Thompson and Greedy Williams.
2. Bring in a New Defensive Coordinator - The Redskins have a ton of talent on the defensive side of the football, too much for them to have five games where they give up 28 or more points. Greg Manusky isn’t it, multiple players have complained that his scheme is too complicated and that he calls poor coverages given his personnel. Manusky has no track record of producing an above average defensive unit. The Redskins should look at coaches like Kris Richard, Brett Venables, and Chris Hewitt.
3. Fire Bruce Allen - You want to win back the fans? Get rid of the number one reason everyone is upset. Whether it’s completely removing him from football decisions or removing him from the team, I don’t care. Allen is toxic for the franchise and the fan base won’t be happy as long as he’s a part of the franchise. I won’t be returning to FedEx field until the day Allen is fired. When he is though, I’ll book my ticket then and there.
Also change the name we need a clean slate. Can have a respectable team if we don't even have a respectable name .
